SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is currently handled with minimal packing via USPS. If you would like your item shipped in a way or with a specific carrier that is always an option. There may be a small additional cost to cover any additional shipping cost.
Items are not shipped until paid in full.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind Circle S Designs products 100% and value customer service. If your product arrives and is not to your expectations or does not fit your horse for some reason please contact us and we will work out a plan for returning the item and/or remaking or adjusting the item to fit correctly. Our average horse may be larger or smaller then the average horse in your pasture.
